CEPF RAS participates in the international initiative ERA NET SUMFOREST
CEPF RAS is an active participant of the international initiative ERA NET SUMFOREST, created to unite the research activity of national financial institutes for realization of international multidisciplinary projects of scientific and technological collaboration in the field of sustainable and multifunctional forest management.

- Researchers from CEPF RAS take part in SUMFOREST Summer School for young researchers
Senior researcher of CEPF RAS laboratory of structural and functional organization and resilience of forest ecosystems Darya Tebenkova successfully passed the participant contest.
1-st session of Summer School “Practical approaches to transnational research proposal writing in the area of sustainable forest management” was held in Minsk (Belarus) on 27-29 of June 2017.

2-nd session of Summer School “Networking and communication skills in research in the area of sustainable forest management” was held in Barcelona (Spain) on 13-16 of October 2017. During it participants should have developed a poster for the SUMFOREST Final Conference.
- Researchers from CEPF RAS take part in SUMFOREST Final Conference “Bridging research, policy and practice for sustainable forest management”
SUMFOREST conference “Bridging research, policy and practice for sustainable forest management” took place in Barcelona (Spain) on 17-19 of October 2017.
There were 90 participants from 31 countries to attend to it, including CEPF RAS director Natalya Lukina and senior researcher Darya Tebenkova from CEPF RAS laboratory of structural and functional organization and resilience of forest ecosystems.
A main goal of the conference was to sum up the results of ERA NET SUMFOREST project.
